At ZurieCouturie, each order is crafted with care and promptly moved into production to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Because of our commitment to personalized design and timely service, please review the following policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Processing & Shipping
Made Just for You Custom Orders:

Every custom piece is made with care, which means it takes about 15–20 BUSINESS DAYS to create your jewelry.

Non custom items are pre-treated upon ordering, which means it takes about 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS to complete and ship your jewelry.

Ordering more than one item?

All items will ship together once everything is finished and looking perfect!
Once your items are completed, please allow additional time for shipping. Your shipping speed will be based on the option selected at checkout. Your order will ship, and you’ll receive tracking, so you know it’s on the way!

Order Cancellations
Once your order is placed, you have 2 hours to request a cancellation. If you wish to cancel within this timeframe:

A store credit will be issued to your account.

Store credits never expire and may be used at any time.

No cash refunds are provided.
-
A 3% transaction fee (charged by credit card processors) will be deducted from the store credit amount.

To request a cancellation or update:
Please email us at support@ZurieCouturie.com within 2 hours of placing your order, titled CANCEL. We are happy to help make quick adjustments before your order goes into production.

Personalized & Custom Items
We strive for 100% satisfaction with every custom piece. If you are not satisfied with your personalized item:

You may return the product for store credit only (no cash refunds).

Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Upon inspection, a store credit will be issued minus:

Shipping costs

Transaction fees
-
Please note: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return label.
Contact us first to initiate the return and receive the correct return address.​
Misspellings & Design Changes

If a spelling error was made by the customer (not a manufacturing error), a $15 redesign fee will apply for single items, if your order has already been sent to production.

For sets or bundles, we will notify you of the total redesign cost before applying the fee to your store credit.

You may reorder your item(s) at any time using your issued store credit.
Always double-check spellings and capitalizations before submitting your order.

Incorrect Customizations
If you notice an issue with your order details (e.g., name, color, font):

You have 24 hours after placing your order to notify us.

If changes are needed after production has started, a $15 redesign fee will apply to start a new mold.

Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

A $6 reshipment fee will apply to cover a new label.

No refunds will be provided for undeliverable orders.

We’re happy to reship your order once the updated address is confirmed.

Returns on Non-Personalized Items
If you're not satisfied with a non-custom product:

A store credit will be issued for returns initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

After inspection, store credit will be applied to your account minus:

Package protection costs
